Lady Gaga will be performing at Super Bowl 2017’s halftime show at NRG Stadium in Houston, Texas on February 5, and it’s sure to be a highlight of the new year. The anticipated event will be sponsored by Pepsi and marks her second consecutive year in attendance at the Super Bowl. Last year, the six time Grammy winner sang the national anthem, while Coldplay, Beyoncé, Bruno Mars, and Mark Ronson dominated halftime.
Gaga will speak about the performance for the first time on television during FOX's NFL Pregame Show this Sunday, October 2. While we can't wait to tune in for that, it doesn't even begin to match our excitement about the release of her much-anticipated album, Joanne, out October 21.
We can only hope that Mother Monster graces TV viewers with an over-the-top rendition of her latest single, “Perfect Illusion”, which was produced by Mark Ronson and Tame Impala's Kevin Parker. Dare we assume that they’ll be taking the stage with her? Only time will tell.
