A lot can happen in four decades. For classic rock icons, Foreigner, 40 years equals ten multi-platinum LPs, dozens of singles, and worldwide record sales exceeding $75 million. To celebrate their success as a band—and how far they've come since their 1977 self-titled debut—the septet is embarking on a massive tour set to run through early September.
Kicking off on January 27 in Lake Charles, LA, the first leg will take Foreigner across North America and through to Europe. Then, the British-American group will head back to the US for a co-headlining summer tour with Rock and Roll Hall of Fame inductees, Cheap Trick. This particular leg of the tour will be extra special, as the "Surrender" musicians will also be celebrating their debut album's big 4-0.
