It's hard to believe that weekend two of SXSW is already upon us. The past eight days has been a whirlwind of amazing music, good vibes, flowing tacos, and more showcases than we could physically count. While sprinting from venue to venue around the Texas capital, we've been introduced to so many new artists, while also indulging in sets from some of our already-favorites (cough, Spoon, cough).
Thursday was definitely a stand-out, with performances from genres all across the board bringing their A-game. From the R&B-pop sounds of Tei Shi to a choreographed set from Sofi Tukker, we couldn't have imagined the day going any better. Our only wish? That there were more hours in the day to have caught even more acts.
