The Twin Peaks show in Santa Ana last month was nothing short of exhilarating. Hot off their first Coachella appearance, the garage rockers took to The Observatory stage to perform tracks off their 2016 LP, Down In Heaven. The best part of the evening, however? The show packed a one-two punch—it was a part of the band's co-headlining run with Hinds.
The band performed plenty of fan favorites like “Butterfly” and “Making Breakfast”. Towards the end of their set, the Chicago rockers surprised fans by having Hinds join them onstage for a song, (much to the security's dismay, who didn’t realize the girls were one of the bands performing!).
The night ended on a high note with the "Bamboo" creators' encore when the band invited all the girls in the audience to jump on stage with them. Twin Peaks took them up on the offer as well, playing drums and drinking beer as the show came to a close.
